Delivery

We process orders from monday to friday. If we receive your order before noon, we strive to send out your order at the same day. Packing and delivery will charged at cost.

Price adjustment can be neccesaire, if shipping costs increases. We will inform youabout an estimated delivery date immediately, if an item you ordered is out of stock. Items not can be send as a parcel we must deliver as bulk goods. We will inform you about the terms and costs of transport.

Europe

Abroad delivery only by prepayment. For some countries there's a possibility for cash on delivery by a surcharge. We choose always the cheapest kind of delivery for you and ship in the countries stated below. Delivery in other countries and shipping costs for your order: please ask by phone 0049 (0) 6865 / 911 311.

If you're not at home at the delivery day, please leave a message for the deliverer at your door or authorise someone in your neighbourhood, who can receive your goods. If your goods don't have arrived 7 days after you received our delivery note, please contact us. We will inform you about this delay.

Surcharges for delivery to the isles of North Sea, Baltic Sea, Mediterranian Sea and isles of inland lakes. Delivery to the overseas territories of France, Netherlands and Danmark is not possible. For deliveries to Switzerland and other Non-EU-Countries you have to bear any custom duties and taxes. Please ask us for shipping costs and surcharges. Same for delivery in other countries as shown above.

International Payment

Prepayment
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation includes all shipping costs. After receiving your payment, we will ship your goods a.s.a.p. Bank charges have to pay on your own.

Cash on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery you have to pay the total amount by handing-over direct to the deliverer. Additional you have to bear a surcharge for this service. Cash on delivery is only possible in a few countries. Please ask us.

Paypal (Consumer Customer only)
With PayPal you can pay your order in our Online-Shop safe, easy, fast and directly – w/o extra costs.

Invoice
For patrons is payment per invoice possible. Please contact us.

Credit Card
Payment per Credit Card is possible. Please contact us.

 
Damage / Exchange
In case of damaged or incomplete delivery, please contact us immediately. We will solve the problem. Also you have the possibility of exchange if a good is not in condition as described or doesn't meet your expectations. In this case please contact us.
